Sr. Counsel, Infrastructure & CapEx 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Washington, DC 20006 Full-time Tesla 8,316 reviews Full-time What to Expect Tesla is seeking a skilled Senior Counsel to join our Legal Team, with a focus on infrastructure and capital expenditures (CapEx). This role will play a critical part in supporting domestic and international transactions related to capital equipment procurement. The position involves close collaboration with business teams to navigate negotiations, draft contracts, and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring legal compliance and operational success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, including NDAs, supply agreements, equipment purchases, service contracts, and R D partnerships Provide legal advice on international trade law, regulatory compliance (e.g., export controls under
EAR/ITAR
