The Contract Administration and Compliance (CAC) Specialist position assists in developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring a standardized approach to the organization's contracting and compliance efforts. This position facilitates the collection and analysis of data and resources associated with all aspects of contracting and compliance. This position also coordinates and works with CAC sections for streamlined and timely document submissions.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Contract Administration and Compliance Specialist works with CAC management to facilitate timely and accurate document submissions. Facilitates and maintains the Client Concerns Log and Client Correspondence Track. The Contract Administration and Compliance Specialist maintains all Contract Administration Trackers. Works with CAC management to support all functions throughout the lifecycle of assigned contracts. The Contract Administration and Compliance Specialist manages the processes associated with documenting Audit Notifications, Executive Summaries, Audit Highlights Matrices, Travel, Client correspondence, and schedule changes. Assists with creating data collection spreadsheets, reviews collected data and generates meaningful reports for use in decision making associated with audit tool development and auditing processes. The Contract Administration and Compliance Specialist supports compliance efforts for Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) certifications and American Correctional Association (ACA) accreditations. Schedules and participates in Audit Prep Calls to collect action items and coordinate and facilitate resolution as necessary. Reads and researches regulatory requirements, client contracts, and corporate policies as they relate to CAC policy, procedure, and guidelines. Responsible for recurring CAC department reports. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications The GEO Group, Inc.Facility Overview Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field and two (2) years of experience in working with or on contract and compliance issues. (A combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration at management's discretion. Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others. Ability to work with others by training, supporting, and achieving department objectives. Ability to communicate effectively through verbal or written correspondence. Ability to develop accurate and effective reports that may explain technical information. Ability to work with computers and the applicable software used by the department.Similar remote jobs
