We are seeking a Lease Administrator to support our leasing and legal functions through the day-to-day processing and administration of lease-related documents across our office and industrial portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to build a long-term career in commercial real estate. The position will assist with lease administration, transaction due diligence, and provide critical administrative support to the leasing and legal teams. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leasing department, including document preparation, filing, scanning, and correspondence Maintain, organize, and regularly update all leasing files, ensuring accurate recordkeeping Assist with the preparation, handling, and processing of lease-related legal documents, including leases, estoppels, and contracts Draft, circulate, and send lease documents and related correspondence to tenants Review lease documents and assist with interpreting and summarizing key terms Coordinate and work with other departments, including Property Management and Accounting Assist with special projects and general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Prior commercial real estate experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook (experience with Yardi and DocuSign, a plus) Strong written communication, organizational, and administrative skills Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively set priorities, follow up, organize workload, and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail Professional office demeanor and ability to work effectively within a team Morning Calm is in growth mode, offering a collaborative culture that emphasizes initiative, ownership, and professional development.
