This role exercises independent judgment and discretion in executing complex assignments related to airport agreements, real estate development initiatives, regulatory coordination, and strategic programs that support the growth, stability, and long-term positioning of Signature's global network of FBOs.

This position serves as a central coordinator for how Signature Aviation engages with national trade associations and leverages those relationships to advance the company's business objectives and reputation. The Specialist contributes to policy interpretation, strategic analysis, and executive-level decision support. The role requires ongoing collaboration with senior leaders across Operations, Business Development, Sales & Revenue Management, Legal, and Finance, as well as external stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting complex airport lease agreements and governance materials.
