• Job Summary and Qualifications
• The Division Director of Physician Contract Administration oversees the facilities' physician contracting process for professional and administrative service agreements.

Responsible for obtaining appropriate internal approvals, drafting, finalizing and maintaining new and existing agreements and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains relationships between the division contracting department and facility administration, legal counsel, and other relevant parties as needed. Supervises Physician Contract Administrators and generates reports and tracking systems for the purpose of tracking the physician contracts inventory. Maintains and ensures the integrity of the Physician Contract Management database and ensures the database system is used to produce all physician agreements.

• What Qualifications you will need:
• + Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred + Four or more years of relevant experience required, including legal and/or physician contracting experience + Excellent communication skills required + Prior experience in healthcare or related industry preferred
