Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a full time Early Career Subcontracts Administrator/Procurement Representative who are key and vital components to our Supply Chain Management Team for the Air Dominance program.

Responsibilities will include:

Learning to solicit, negotiate, and place Purchase Orders with suppliers in Procure to Pay systems Managing supplier performance and establishing relationships. Tracking and expediting purchased hardware Troubleshooting to resolve supplier issues or concerns with management oversight Understanding program material requirements, Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) requirements Working cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers Support presenting program status to leadership

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management, Technical Related Degree, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Demonstrated ability to establish strong internal customer and supplier relationships. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify risk elements in business transactions, think analytically, and provide effective guidance towards resolving contractual issues

Experience working in supply chain Demonstrated critical thinking / problem solving abilities Able to multi-task several critical assignments at both time and ability to work both independently and within a team structure Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
