General Description of Services and the tasks identified below.
Kick-Off Meeting:
The awarded Respondent shall hold a Kick-Off meeting for staff introductions and provide information on data requirements gathering and timeline expectations within 30 calendar days of PO issuance. 10.1
Data:
The awarded Respondent shall submit a written request to the Department requesting all necessary data. The awarded Respondent shall review and evaluate the necessary financial information and reports, chart of accounts, and organization structure. 10.2 Develop, Submit, and Negotiate the
CAP and ICRP:
The awarded Respondent shall develop, submit to USDOJ, and negotiate with USDOJ the CAP and ICRP in accordance with Section 13, Reporting Requirements. 10.3 Defend the
CAP and ICRP:
The awarded Respondent shall defend the CAP and ICRP to the USDOJ for a period of up to three (3) years following Federal approval if audited at no additional cost to the Department. If audited, the awarded Respondent shall document any meeting and/or telephone conversations, emails or faxes to USDOJ and provide copy of all documentation to the Department within 10 Business Days of the meeting, communication, or documentation date. 10.4
Implementation:
The awarded Respondent shall provide coaching and instruction to Department staff regarding the implementation and application of the Department-approved indirect cost rate by December 31, 2026. The awarded Respondent shall engage in meetings, which may be face-to-face or conference calls, as agreed to by both parties, or as directives, emergency orders, executive orders or other legal requirements dictate with the Department and relevant parties for purposes of coordinating implementation activities.
