As a SOW Specialist / Category Manager, you will be part of the Procurement Operations supporting sourcing and contract management functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, proactive communication, and a strong sense of accountability, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • $40/hr What's the Job?
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SOWs and SOW revisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Review, redline, and analyze SOW terms to align with procurement standards and company policies. Coordinate approval workflows within Fieldglass and facilitate legal reviews when necessary. Partner with sourcing, procurement, legal, risk, and privacy teams to ensure seamless contract processing. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and suppliers, providing regular updates and setting clear expectations. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of contract management experience. Experience using the SOW module of Fieldglass or similar VMS tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. What's in it for me?
