Job Description

Company Overview:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support Project Managers, Estimators and field teams by overseeing documentation, contracts, and administrative processes throughout the construction lifecycle. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, permits, submittals, shop drawings, purchase orders and change orders. Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Review and code AP invoices Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards. Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence. Support bidding and procurement processes. Sub bid solicitations Preparing Quotes and Proposals Sending out
Subcontract Quotes Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction administration or a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
