Camp H M Smith, HI Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Technical documentation Bachelor's degree Contract drafting Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Standard operating procedures drafting Full Job Description MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Subcontract Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyzes and evaluates subcontracting processes to identify opportunities for streamlining vendor management and administrative systems. Assist in conducting subcontract measurement studies and drafting procedures manuals to maintain high-quality procurement standards. Develop performance reports to assist senior leadership in subcontracting policy formulation and resource planning. Drafts and maintains subcontract management plans and integrated schedules to ensure alignment with mission-critical objectives. Prepare monthly subcontract status reports and coordinate technical inputs for the task order management portal. Support subcontracting transition activities and coordinate the transfer of knowledge documentation during vendor onboarding or offboarding.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; 3+ years of position-relevant experience; and demonstrated ability to draft subcontract documentation and follow SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; 7+ years of position-relevant experience; and foundational knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and subcontract management tools.
Clearance Requirements:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
