WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, contract management, or service delivery Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Working knowledge of contract compliance, operations oversight, and workplace safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial operations, or a related field. Experience managing industrial, janitorial, facilities, or other service-based contracts. Experience working with audits, quality assurance processes, and performance reporting. Experience with budgeting, payroll review, labor planning, and cost control. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills. Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a service or industrial environment.
