Job Description

Credentialing Specialist Location:
2491 Industrial Court, Highland, IL 62249 ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate Credentialing Specialist to join our team! With a patient-centered approach, we are recognized as one of Entrepreneur Magazine's top franchises. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the credentialing process for all corporate and franchise locations, ensuring accurate therapist assignments and timely contract updates. Perform regular follow-ups on contract statuses and provide updates to relevant stakeholders. Manage the credentialing of individual therapists by gathering necessary documentation and updating relevant databases.. Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring that notifications related to contract events are sent in a timely manner. Monitor and track licenses and certifications for all relevant professionals, ensuring records are up-to-date. Assist in the creation and updating schedules in the company's management system.

Work-life balance:
No nights or weekends (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). 401(k) plan with company match. Paid holidays and vacation time.
Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program Hourly Wage:
$16.50- $23.00
