One Teams Interview Position Overview We are seeking a B2B Collections Specialist to support a growing credit and collections team during a recent
SAP S/4HANA
implementation. The organization is currently navigating system and process changes following the go-live, and this individual will play a key role in managing collections activities while helping alleviate workload from senior collectors focused on process development and system optimization. This position will primarily focus on business-to-business collections for smaller balance accounts (typically under $100,000), utilizing email communication, customer portals, and outbound collection efforts to drive timely payment and improve cash flow. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts with a focus on timely collection of outstanding receivables. Conduct proactive collection efforts through email, phone calls, and customer payment portals. Research account status, payment history, and invoice discrepancies to resolve outstanding balances. Follow up on overdue accounts and secure payment commitments. Maintain accurate collection notes and customer interactions within
SAP S/4HANA.
Review aging reports and prioritize collection activities to reduce delinquency. Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Customer Service, and Credit & Collections. Assist with cash application research and account reconciliation as needed. Support release of credit holds by reviewing account status and payment commitments. Provide invoice copies, proof of delivery, and supporting documentation to customers when requested. Escalate complex collection issues to management when appropriate. Assist the team during the transition and stabilization period following the

implementation. Qualifications 2+ years of B2B collections experience required. Experience working within
SAP S/4HANA
strongly preferred. Strong understanding of accounts receivable and collection processes. Comfortable working through customer payment portals and email-driven collections. Strong research and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve account issues. Experience reviewing aging reports and managing collection priorities. Basic understanding of accounting principles including debits, credits, and cash application. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience Experience supporting organizations during ERP or SAP system transitions. Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, or similar B2B environments.
