ASAP Must haves: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Point Experience with GMP document management systems (e.g., Veeva, document control workflows) Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross?functional coordination
Plus :
Experience supporting Process Safety Management (PSM) programs Familiarity with Veeva Vault and Trackwise in a regulated environment Background in document control and report filing within GMP settings Experience coordinating meetings and logistics in manufacturing or corporate environments
Job Responsibilities :
Maintain and organize the PSM Point site, including procedures, training materials, and PHR reports File and track Fluor PHR reports through document control, EPIC, and Veeva workflows Manage PHR#3 report lifecycle: draft uploads, reviewer coordination, approvals, and final retention Enter and track PHR recommendations in Trackwise and maintain PowerBI dashboards Coordinate PHR meetings, room reservations, visitor registrations, and logistics (including lunch) Support comments?resolution meetings and ensure documentation accuracy and completion Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
