Job Description

Position Title :
Subcontract Manager Responsibilities :
Manage subcontract bidding and procurement processes Review and verify progress payment disbursements Oversee and manage contract-related claims and dispute resolution
Qualifications :
Relevant degree required Minimum 3 years of related work experience Strong knowledge and expertise in the relevant field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction project execution within the United States preferred Spanish language proficiency is a plus Ability to communicate effectively in both
Korean and English Job Type:
