As the IMO/ Signs Administrator, you will be focusing on the production of IMO signs (Signs that identify escape routes, fire control plans and emergency equipment on maritime vessels). These signs comply with strict International Maritime Organization regulations, which promotes the safety and security of international shipping vessels. You will be expected to act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners ensuring that action plans, projects and daily activities are correctly implemented and followed-up on time according to management's directions. Job Responsibilities Manages the production of IMO signs (prints & cuts) Handles incoming customers' requests Handles quotations and orders Contacts IMO signs' suppliers Picks & packs Undertakes data entry, as well as the specification into the order management system Drive faster decision-making and feedback by creating, communicating, and executing efficient approval processes and workflows. Identify and lead key initiatives to improve associate engagement, internal communications, and influence other department and company-wide focus areas. Any other duties that might be required from time to time. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience in administrative and operations support Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail in formatting, writing and proofreading. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. MS Teams- preferred; with knowledge of ERP-SAP Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and work with, and for, diverse customers with varying leadership styles
