Position Summary Responsible for the daily processing, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting of contract, reinstatement, cancellation, credit rating, and trust account data across multiple insurers and systems. This role ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, timely coordination with Interface Support, and proper documentation of all activities. The position also supports monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc departmental initiatives, audits, and migrations. Job Responsibilities Acts as the liaison between SCI and insurance providers on specific tasks and assignments. Daily review of interface data from various interface vendors Coordinate with the IT teams in preparation of datafix files for contract cancellations in the point-of-sale system Review pre and post datafix files to ensure data integrity Research, resolves and address escalated items during interface file review Coordinate with the field locations and IT team for contract reinstatement in the point-of-sale system Collaborate with the team members in preparation of insurance backlog for quarterly reporting Upload Journal entries on monthly basis Prepares and reviews assigned account reconciliations. Experience Two years of experience in Collections and/or Customer Service or equivalent experience in a related discipline Hands-on experience with contract administration, policy data, or pre-need insurance processing Associate's degree or
High School Diploma Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Access. Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude, fosters a proactive approach, and brings new ideas to the existing models. Ability to build professional and trust business relations Ability to prioritize tasks and respond appropriately to management. Familiarity with ticketing systems (HEAT or similar) for incident and service request tracking
