Contracts Manager

Robert Half Contracts Manager Concord, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Concord, Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of commercial and corporate agreements within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical drafting skills and the ability to manage high-volume workflows efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and business standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review, edit, and negotiate a variety of commercial and corporate agreements to meet organizational goals.
• Manage the contract lifecycle process, including intake, filing, routing for signatures, and tracking renewal or expiration dates.
• Identify potential risks and ensure contracts align with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Revise and draft documents with precision while maintaining compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline contract execution and address stakeholder needs.
• Monitor and manage high-volume workflows in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Ensure contracts are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational policies.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of contract management. Requirements
• Proven experience in commercial contract review, negotiation, and management.
• Strong technical drafting and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows independently within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills in contract-related matters.
• Proficiency in contract administration tools and software.
