Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing and Proposal Manager with 2+ years of relevant experience to support marketing and business development efforts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is heavily involved in proposal and qualifications development while also contributing to broader marketing, communications, and content initiatives. This is a fully onsite position in Metro West/Greater Boston with a salary of 75-90K with some flex depending on qualifications and experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor who can manage multiple pursuits at once and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesDraft, edit, and proofread content for RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and qualifications packagesDevelop proposal narratives, resumes, project descriptions, case studies, and interview materialsEnsure consistency, clarity, and quality across written marketing contentMaintain marketing content libraries, templates, and related materialsSupport website updates, social media content, thought leadership, and other marketing initiativesProvide general coordination support across multiple marketing projects
