Jobs › Waltham, MA › Marketing and Proposal Manager Robert Half Marketing and Proposal Manager Waltham, MA Apply Description We are seeking a Marketing and Proposal Manager with 2+ years of relevant experience to support marketing and business development efforts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is heavily involved in proposal and qualifications development while also contributing to broader marketing, communications, and content initiatives. This is a fully onsite position in Metro West/Greater Boston with a salary of 75-90K with some flex depending on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor who can manage multiple pursuits at once and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Draft, edit, and proofread content for RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and qualifications packages Develop proposal narratives, resumes, project descriptions, case studies, and interview materials Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across written marketing content Maintain marketing content libraries, templates, and related materials Support website updates, social media content, thought leadership, and other marketing initiatives Provide general coordination support across multiple marketing projects Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in marketing, proposals, or professional services preferred Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in AEC or other proposal-driven environments is a plus Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
