What we need As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for contracts administrative support and reporting, vendor management, and ad hoc projects that will support our growth in the robotics and automation space. You must be detailed oriented and have strong communications skills. This position reports to Director, Global Contracts. What we do The Contracts team is part of the Legal Department which is responsible for ensuring that Symbotic's operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. What you'll do Responsible for sending agreements and contracts, such as non-disclosure, consulting, agreements, and related SOWs out for signature Working with vendors to collect information and follow up to questions related to the agreements Work in close collaboration with global cross-functional teams throughout the contract cycle Assist with maintaining contracts database, including activities relating to workflow, processes and reporting Assist with tracking consultants and staff augmentation Other responsibilities and projects as assigned What you will need Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required Minimum 2 years of administrative experience Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently Experience with the Microsoft Suite Thorough knowledge and experience with Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign Fluent in Spanish - Speaking, writing, reading, preferred but not required Careful attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality Hybrid Opportunity - 2 days in office
Our Environment:
Up to 10% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. The base range for this position in the posted location is $25.96 - $35.96 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
