Job Description
Overview:
The Contract Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for contractual coordination, client engagement, and performance tracking. This role is responsible for leading recurring monthly meetings, monitoring contract milestones, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. The position focuses on oversight, reporting, and coordination rather than direct site-level supervision of technicians. Revised Key Responsibilities (Focused on POC / Contract Oversight) Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, contracting team, and internal leadership on all contractual and project-related matters Lead and coordinate monthly contract review meetings, including agenda development, documentation, and follow-up actions Track and ensure completion of contractual milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics (KPIs) Monitor compliance with contract requirements and proactively identify risks, gaps, or performance concerns Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and upper management on contract performance, reporting, and funding considerations Develop and maintain tracking systems for deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations Oversee reporting processes, including monthly, financial, and performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Act as the liaison between site operations and leadership, ensuring alignment without direct supervision of technicians Coordinate with the Production Control Manager and other support roles to ensure work execution aligns with contract requirements Maintain oversight of CMMS data integrity and reporting to support performance tracking and compliance metrics Support development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure subcontracted efforts align with contract scope Track procurement, materials, and invoicing to ensure contractual and financial compliance Organize and facilitate contract-related meetings, deliverables, and documentation in accordance with requirements Analyze workflows and reporting trends to support continuous improvement and contract performance optimizationE/O/E/D/V/F/M
