EDI Order Support Specialist (Contract) Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Lutherville, MD Job Details Full-time | Contract $21 - $23 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Salesforce NetSuite Order processing tools Mid-level Salesforce Cloud EDI transactions for logistics Technical troubleshooting support Order issue resolution SAP ERP Full Job Description EDI Order Support Specialist (Contract) Hunt Valley, MD (100% onsite) $21-$23/hour 6-12 week contract (40 hours/week) Job Overview We are hiring an EDI Order Support Specialist to support a short-term ERP migration project. This role focuses on EDI order processing, resolving order errors, and ensuring accurate order flow in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Review and process EDI orders within an ERP system Investigate and resolve order errors, exceptions, and discrepancies Verify order details including pricing, quantities, and customer data Support order flow for purchase orders, invoices, and shipments (ASN) Make manual corrections to orders when needed Work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment What We're Looking For Experience with EDI orders or EDI transactions Background in order processing, order entry, or customer operations Experience using an ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues Comfortable handling high-volume transactional work Requirements Must be able to work 100% onsite in Hunt Valley, MD Reliable transportation Available for the full 6-12 week assignment Nice to Have Experience with EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810) Experience with NetSuite, SPS Commerce, or TrueCommerce Experience supporting ERP implementations or system migrations All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
