Job Description

Service Contracts Sales and Profitability Manager Stellantis United States, Michigan, Auburn Hills May 19, 2026 The Service Contracts Sales and Profitability Manager will have responsibility for growing Service Contracts sales with a focus on dealer sales actions, direct sales marketing and national sales program planning. This role will coordinate with suppliers and field teams to drive business improvement and revenue growth through the execution of sales actions and initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include:
Sales Leadership Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets with a focus on dealer sales in ancillary products and consumer direct marketing of service contracts Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand service contract sales, penetration and dealer loyalty Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and Industry partners Support service contract sales nationally in various roles and responsibilities Sales Reporting and Analysis Leadership Lead monthly NA sales analysis by market and provide key reports to Service Contracts and Mopar leadership Coordinate reporting with Global Service Contracts team for consolidation across Parts & Services organization Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets Project Management Through analysis of portfolio sales achievement, lead actions from ideation through execution phases Maintain overall NA Service Contracts business plan for ancillary products and consumer direct marketing programs You will have the opportunity to: Lead the US field team actions for ancillary products and direct marketing sales to achieve high performance targets Interact with regional Mopar Teams for process optimization across Aftersales Interface with key stakeholders and suppliers from sales, marketing, and operations Build relationships with business centers, dealers and large dealer groups and cross-functional teams in efforts to build sustainable Service Contract operations Work on a team to deliver key business cases to improve business profitability Collaborate with third-party vendors on data-driven solutions to drive growth Identify and act on opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting and forecast procedures
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Business discipline, Engineering or other related field Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role Demonstrated experience in building a feasible business case to support business growth Proven analytical capabilities Ability to synthesize data from disparate sources, creating insights and identifying actions Process-oriented with innovation aptitude Problem-solving skills Comfortable being uncomfortable; drive productive disruption Collaborative leadership approach with a team player mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
