As a Contract Management Coordinator, you will support the Network Development Managers and Sales Teams to ensure reliable and accurate contractual relationships with customers. Core duties include working closely with the in-house legal counsel as well as a wide range of business activities to ensure efficient and accurate business transactions, especially in the context of the external regional distribution network.Key Accountabilities:
Ensure sales contracts and frame agreements are updated and valid Maintain the internal contract database Updated and maintain customer master data in SAP Regional liaison to the network legal team Regional support for the contract management team Regional representative on the global customer master team Ensure contractual documents (or relevant information) are communicated and retained as required Create, develop and comply with local work instructions Maintain training material Engage in strategic campaigns and initiatives to manage Distributor Network in North and Latin America Participate in cross-functional projects with Network(Strategy), Marketing, Finance and Technical Teams Prepare presentations for Senior Leadership Support and execute project work assigned to the Network & Distribution Team Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality Maintain professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internal and external Represent the company professionally in all interactions both internally and externally Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code Of Conduct.Basic Requirements:

We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales and 3 years of experience in supply chain, distribution management, project management, service operations; or 7 years of experience in related fieldsPreferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for contract processing, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Strong organizational, planning and follow up skills Good ability to work extended periods without supervision and good personal drive, with a can do attitude. Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to make complex decisions Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite Knowledge of MTU products, policies and procedures Knowledge of contracting and sales Knowledge of SAP Rolls-Royce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
