Accounting & Confirmations Specialist:

Review purchase order confirmations for accuracy and completeness Verify details such as pricing, quantities, dates, and counterparty information Communicate with internal teams (sales, accounting, integration) and external partners (customers, vendors) to confirm details and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records of all confirmations in the system or database Monitor outstanding or pending confirmations and follow up to ensure completion Escalate unresolved issues to management in a timely manner Review and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system Match invoices with purchase orders Reconcile vendor statements; research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Continuously seek opportunities to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in the confirmation process What You Need to Bring to the

Accounting & Confirmations Specialist:
