Job Description

Construction Administrator Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for an Architecture firm out of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area that is looking to add a Construction Administrator to their team. Our client is a full-service architecture firm that specializes in the design of health care, science + tech, higher education, corporate, government, transportation, and recreation project @types throughout the nation. Construction Administration Experience:
Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Architecture or Construction related field preferred. 8+ years of experience working in an architecture, engineering, construction contracting, or construction management organization.
Construction Administrator Responsibilities:
Attend OAC meetings, construction site visits, respond to RFIs and submittals, represent firm and the Owner to ensure the everything during the construction phase runs smoothly. Coordinating and satisfying project controls and administrative requirements during project construction. Assisting the PM with contract administration tasks. Managing project documents including reports, designs, drawings, specifications, etc. Utilizing the client's project management control systems to record, track, analyze, and report on performance.
Construction Administrator Compensation:
