Job Description
Description We are looking for a Sales Enablement specialist to support marketing and sales initiatives through organized content, effective communication, and strong operational execution in Minnesota. This Contract position is well suited for someone who can manage enablement resources, improve the usability of sales materials, and help teams work more efficiently with the right tools and information. The ideal candidate brings a thoughtful approach to problem-solving, stays on top of multiple priorities, and contributes to a consistent experience for internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales enablement materials and resources to help teams access accurate, up-to-date content when needed.
- Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to organize information, refine messaging assets, and support readiness across the sales process.
- Use enablement platforms and Microsoft applications to maintain documents, presentations, and other resources that support field teams.
- Review content and workflows to identify gaps, resolve issues, and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency.
- Track assigned deliverables, manage competing deadlines, and ensure work is completed with strong attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and support ongoing enablement needs.
- Assist with the administration and optimization of sales enablement tools, including support for related activities when applicable. Requirements
- 1 plus years of experience in sales enablement or a closely related support function is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including tools used for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate challenges, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully.
- Hands-on experience working with sales enablement platforms is required.
- Familiarity with Seismic is an advantage.
