Warranty Administrator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warranty Administrator for our Shakopee location. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and landscaping equipment industries and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim approvals and status updates Review repair orders and supporting documentation for warranty compliance Work closely with service technicians, parts department, and management Track outstanding claims and ensure timely reimbursement Maintain organized warranty records and documentation Assist customers and internal staff with warranty-related questions Qualifications Previous warranty administration experience preferred Experience in construction, agricultural, or landscaping equipment strongly preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits, including: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Policy Health Savings Account (HSA) with Employer Contribution 401(k) with 4% Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Paid Birthday Off Why Work at Lano Equipment? Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
