The Cash Management Proposal Analyst II is primarily responsible for preparing Cash Management proposals by analyzing data supplied by the sales consultants and transferring data into MS Word/MS Excel for the benefit of selling Cash Management services to new prospects. This position handles large and more complex deals and also works with requests for RFPs from the government and State Procurement Office.Depth & Scope:
- Provides support and assistance to the Cash Management sales team with various projects and initiatives
- Prepares Cash Management and Merchant Card sales proposals for existing and prospective Customers
- Provides support and assistance to the Cash Management sales team with various levels of proposal generation
- Responsible for the creation of proposals and Customer prospects
- Maintains an accurate Quality Assurance Report for existing projects
- Ensures accurate and timely completion on all projects
- Provides suggestions for additional product solutions
- Researches various requests as needed for competitive information and other ad hoc reports
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ Years of related experience
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to interact with internal and external Customers in a professional manner to provide exceptional Customer service
- Proven ability to meet and exceed Customer expectations
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Application of sound judgment in making decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Treasury Management experience in servicing a plus
- Banking experience a plus
