Chemistry Happens:
The primary function of the Consignment Manager is to work closely with the business leaders and Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and suppliers to manage all consignment accounts for Chemetall/BASF. Formula for
Success:
Facilitate and oversee contract management processes for consignment accounts with support from Legal Implement and manage processes to collect, measure and track relevant metrics in order to assess contract compliance with key contract terms and conditions for all contracts, including product inventory tracking Develop and manage the contract renewal process evaluating account profitability Develop and manage the expiration notification process for all contracts Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of each contract; act as the single point of contact for all contract inquiries regarding terms and conditions, obligations, compliance, products, services, rights and deliverables for each contract Develop contract portfolio metrics, including key usage and profitability Assist in identification of reporting tools/solutions to automate contract management reporting and tracking Reconcile inventory between customer and SAP Perform inventory audit one per year Ingredients for
