Overview:
Selective Insurance is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer for a 3 month assignment. This candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting and securing top talent across multiple insurance functions, including Underwriting, Claims and Corporate roles.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions which includes reviewing profiles, screening candidates, managing interviews, negotiating offers and hiring candidates. Work closely with Hiring Managers on recruiting strategies and process, ensuring a high level of communication through the lifecycle of the recruitment process. Partner with Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialists to source candidates for open positions and maintain strong talent pipelines for P&C Insurance roles, as well as other corporate functions.
Qualifications:
7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required. Proven experience recruiting for P&C Insurance roles strongly preferred (Underwriting, Claims, Risk Management). Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies. Excellent relationship building, consultative and collaboration skills. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, ATS and other recruiting channels. Working knowledge of i

Pay Range:
USD $50.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
