This This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for. Hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, temp-hire. What's a typical day as Parts Administrator? You'll be: Answering and directing incoming service phone calls and documenting all call log information in the customer history database Maintaining inventory records, conducting inventory counts, and handling parts and equipment logistics Receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping replacement parts for beverage and processing equipment Creating quotes, sales orders, and invoices for part orders and assisting clients with payments Collaborating with service, contract, and accounting teams on large projects Managing and evaluating freight and shipping costs with vendors and suppliers Coordinating with other departments on larger-scale projects This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have strong written communication and professional email correspondence skills Are proficient in Microsoft 365 Office (training provided for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) Possess excellent organizational, multitasking, and database management skills Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage your workload and prioritize tasks while coordinating with others Have the ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions Are comfortable handling routine administrative paperwork and working as part of a team Technical and/or electrical knowledge or experience is a strong advantage What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
