Contracts and Executive Administrator BlueCherry New York, NY Job Details $65,000 - $75,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Negotiation Full Job Description This is a key administrative position within our BlueCherry (Fashion Tech) business, working closely with the President, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. About the Role Responsibilities Draft, review, and maintain contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and stakeholder correspondence, and monitor renewals and high-level invoice reconciliation to ensure adherence to contract terms. Create and maintain projects in the ERP system. Monitor compliance with contract terms, identifying and addressing discrepancies or issues as needed. Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries, facilitating communication between internal departments and external partners. Identify potential contract risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Prepare reports on contract performance, renewals, and compliance for management review. Work closely with operations, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide administrative support to the Divisional President and divisional vice presidents. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in an administrative role. Proven experience in contract administration. Required Skills Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational ability. Familiarity with contract law and regulatory requirements is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience working with NetSuite is a plus.
Pay Range:
$65k - $75k
