LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Leasing Administrator to work for an excellent organization in Nassau County, NY.
Location:
Plainview, NY Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Fully Onsite)

$60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience) Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to support a commercial real estate leasing team. This role is responsible for managing lease documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth execution of leasing transactions. Key Responsibilities Prepare, enter, and track lease transactions within internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Generate and maintain lease abstracts and assist with recurring and ad hoc leasing reports Support the administration of commercial lease agreements, including renewals and amendments Coordinate with internal teams (leasing, legal, construction, and accounting) to support deal execution and timelines Process invoices and track leasing-related expenses and reimbursements Maintain organized lease files and ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and assist with general leasing inquiries Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of experience in commercial real estate or leasing administration is required Experience with MRI software is required Familiarity with commercial lease agreements and terminology Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy
