Job Description

Bonacio Construction, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Contract Administrator to join our growing team of dedicated construction professionals. With active jobsites spanning from Saratoga to Rome, NY, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that provides year-round stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Project Managers Prepare and issue project-specific contracts, purchase orders, and change orders Track and report financial data for each project Serve as a liaison between operations and accounting departments Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all active projects
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of accounting principles (required) Experience in using Procore or similar construction management software(required) Prior experience in construction or project administration (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact project success.
