  • Provide excellent technical services to our internal customers
  • Implement and support infrastructure services, including wide area networks, storage area networks and application servers.
  • Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for optimizing or further leveraging these systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement IT solutions.
  • Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
  • Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.
  • Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
  • Work with System Administrator Manager to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.

Technical Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience as a System Administrator with a strong knowledge or Active Directory, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra), and Microsoft 365. Solid understanding of security best practices and networking concepts including
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Extensive experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMWare, Hyper-V). Working knowledge of Visual Basic, PowerShell. Ability to analyze and implement infrastructure systems best practices. Proven experience of installing/configuring/supporting Windows Server and Linux operating systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
