POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for working with cross-functional teams in multiple departments and across all brands within the Company to coordinate commercial contracting and leasing processes; supports Commercial Counsel and helps maintain various Legal Leasing and Commercial reports, processes, and systems.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists Legal Leasing process by monitoring reports, updating internal databases and trackers, assisting in document mailing, filing, and administration, completing ad hoc projects as assigned, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure efficiency in the negotiation and signature process of real estate-related documents. Obtains contract and lease required documentation and prepares forms and other templates to support various commercial and leasing projects and transactions. Assists Leasing and Commercial Counsel with administrative duties, outside counsel billing, and special projects, as assigned. Acts as liaison between and prepares and circulates formal and informal communications to a variety of internal and external groups, including Operations, Real Estate, Design, Store Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Advertising, landlords, vendors, outside counsel, and others. Performs additional duties and projects as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required :
High School Diploma or GED. At least 1-3+ years of administrative and/or paralegal experience.

Years of Job-Related Experience Required :
At least 1-3+ years of administrative and/or paralegal experience
Technical/Other Skills Required :
Minimum 1 year of administrative and/or paralegal experience in real estate, property management, or contracting setting Computer knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Demonstrates effective communication and relationship-building skills Multi-task oriented with ability to work independently Demonstrates careful attention to detail and work processes.
