Job Description

Contracts Administrator Pay:
$35-40/hour We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to support development programs by managing and negotiating high-value engineering contracts and purchase orders. Responsibilities Draft, review, and administer SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and Engineering Design & Development (ED&D) agreements. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and high-dollar purchase orders. Support engineering and software development contracts while protecting intellectual property. Manage contracts and purchase orders using SAP ECC, Ariba, and approval workflows. Partner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure contract compliance and cost efficiency. Maintain accurate contract documentation and resolve contract-related issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Contract Administration experience. Experience negotiating high-value contracts and purchase orders. Experience with SAP ECC and Ariba. Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Automotive industry or engineering contract experience preferred. Knowledge of Honda parts and tooling is a plus.
