Hiring Specialist (Contract)

Description The Hiring Specialist is a contract role supporting the Distribution Center Talent Acquisition Team. In this hybrid position, candidates must be available for work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (overtime and Saturday hours as needed). We have 2 On-Site Employment Centers, located at Easton and E. Broad St. in Reynoldsburg. Candidates need to be flexible to work at either location, specialists will be scheduled for shifts at each location. Your Impact

• Review all seasonal candidate applications.
• Pre-screen and schedule qualified candidates for on-site interviews.
• Share company and job-related information to inform candidates of the nature and requirements of the positions.
• Ensure ample candidates are scheduled to meet daily hiring goals.
• Select or reject candidates by following predetermined interview criteria.
• Create and process offers of employment to qualified candidates.
• Support the front desk and perform administrative duties like answering phone calls, following up on emails, texts and voicemails.
