As a Contract Support Analyst , you'll play a vital role in managing contract authorization management agreements (CAMs), service/vendor contracts, and supporting the operational needs of the IPM Market Director. Qualifications What You'll Do As a Contract Support Analyst , you'll ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant management of contracts and administrative processes across the organization. You'll support leadership, collaborate with physicians and providers, and maintain essential documentation and communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing CAMs and service/vendor contracts by maintaining contract databases and associated files with accuracy and organization Reviewing contract language to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance Acting as a liaison between the organization and contractors when clarification is needed Coordinating and tracking processes to ensure quality performance measures are implemented and monitored Preparing, processing, and maintaining correspondence, calendars, meetings, and filing systems for the IPM Market Director Maintaining supply inventory and supporting departmental administrative needs Recording weekly staff meeting and Board meeting minutes as applicable Answering phones professionally and courteously Scheduling and preparing Board meetings for the market Assisting with contract coordination, documentation, signatures, and communication with physicians and employed providers Demonstrating excellent customer service and building effective working relationships across all leadership levels What We're Looking For Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate Degree in business or healthcare‑related field required , or 5+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree Work Experience Minimum 5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a healthcare environment Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Skills Strong written and verbal communication Excellent organization, attention to detail, research, and problem‑solving Results‑oriented with a history of meeting deadlines in a high‑performing team Ability to multi‑task and manage time effectively Strong teamwork and communication across all management levels Abilities Highly detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills Ability to work independently under general instruction Capable of completing assignments with accuracy and within strict deadlines Equipment Operated Standard office equipment (computer, laptop, calculator, fax, copier, scanner, etc.) Work Environment Office or outpatient medical office setting
