Your New Role:
This well-respected Portland construction company is rapidly growing and is looking to add an experienced Contracts Analyst to their team. You'll be responsible for contract management - reviewing and analyzing contracts and change orders, assessing risks and offering revisions, tracking progress through the negotiation process, and keeping detailed records. The firm's leadership and project managers will rely on you for legal and risk avoidance guidance. Additionally, you'll help them interpret contracts and change orders to ensure they are in compliance with their agreed terms. To succeed in this role, you'll need meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of contract risks, and the ability to thrive on a fast-paced team. This is an in-office position that's a good fit for someone who likes to start and end the day early.
