Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Operations Analyst to support back-office operations in Berwyn, PA (hybrid: 3 days onsite, Monday and Friday remote) on a 6-month contract. This role is responsible for reviewing new accounts, maintenance transactions, and cash flows to ensure accuracy prior to trading. The position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, meeting SLA requirements, and supporting a high-volume workflow environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Review & Validation:
Perform quality reviews of new accounts, account maintenance transactions, and cash flows to ensure accuracy prior to trading
Documentation Oversight:
Validate completeness and accuracy of required documentation and identify any discrepancies
Process Improvement:
Identify missteps in processing, documentation, or workflow handling and escalate as needed
Workflow Management:
Manage multiple workflow queues daily to ensure timely processing within client/sponsor guidelines and internal/external
SLAs Operational Support:
Collaborate with internal teams submitting requests to ensure items are reviewed quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain 100% accuracy in a fast-paced environment Exposure to back-office or middle-office operations preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow queues simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience reviewing financial documents or account-related data Proficiency in Excel Familiarity with audit or workflow tools (e.g., Archer or similar systems) Recent graduates with relevant internship or academic exposure are encouraged to apply
