Job Description:

A global manufacturer serving the biopharma industry is hiring its first in-house attorney to support commercial and project-based contracting. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and MSAs Partner directly with senior leadership Help streamline contract processes and support CMS implementation Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel Ideal Fit Practical, business-minded attorneys Comfortable being the first/solo legal hire Experience in manufacturing or construction contracting is helpful, not required Thrive in a grounded, team-oriented culture Why Apply Strong benefits, low-cost health coverage, and a generally 9-5 schedule in a stable, growing company with a fun culture.
