Tilden Capital, LLC About the Role Tilden Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Land Administrator to support our acquisitions team based in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This role is critical to managing the flow of mineral and royalty deals-from initial outreach through closing. The Land Admin will work closely with our acquisitions team, title partners, and legal team to ensure deals are properly tracked, documented, and executed in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Track and manage inbound leads and deal flow from mailers, calls, and other outreach Maintain and organize deal pipeline (Excel/CRM systems) Coordinate with title companies, landmen, and legal teams throughout the closing process Review and organize title documents, deeds, and ownership records Assist with preparation and review of purchase agreements, deeds, and closing documents Communicate with mineral owners to gather required information and documentation Support acquisitions team with data entry, reporting, and general deal administration Ensure all deal files are complete, accurate, and properly stored Qualifications Prior experience in oil & gas land, title, or administrative support preferred Strong understanding of mineral ownership and basic title concepts is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Excel and document management systems Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication skills (both internal and external) Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Office-based role in Canonsburg, PA with a growing acquisitions team Exposure to active mineral and royalty deal flow across Appalachia Hands-on experience in all aspects of the acquisition lifecycle Competitive compensation based on experience Ideal Candidate Profile Organized and process-driven Comfortable working behind the scenes to keep deals moving Interested in long-term growth within oil & gas acquisitions Able to support a high-volume, fast-moving deal environment
