Reimagine What's Possible We are seeking a Customer Master Data Administrator to support all Business Areas across North America and to work closely with the Europe and Asia Customer Master Data teams to provide global support as needed. The Customer Master Data Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining customer accounts, including intercompany shipments to plants, warehouses, and subcontracting vendors. This role also oversees the creation and maintenance of pricing records, including charges, surcharges, and customer contracts with formula‑based escalation. This position adheres to global Customer Master Data standards and understands business‑ and region‑specific processes. This role ensures data consistency within SAP, determines required data fields, conducts data quality checks, resolves data gaps, and finds opportunities for process improvement. What's In It for

Support daily operations by completing departmental tasks to meet team objectives and ensure operational effectiveness. Administer Global Workbook requests in accordance with CMD Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Handle non-workbook activities, including Lost Business, First Fill, and Termination Customer Notification Letters. Program and administer Contract Formula Escalations. Provide after-hours support for business-critical requests, as required. Perform and comply with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) control requirements. Adhere to Global Data Standards for Customer, Pricing, and Contract data. Partner cross-functionally with Billing, Credit & Collections, Compliance & Regulatory, Digital Technology (DT), and Commercial teams, including Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, and Product Management. Follow region, business, and customer-specific job aids, including verification of required approvals. Conduct data quality validations, including investigation, root cause analysis, and remediation. Partner closely with Global Customer Master Data teams and North America LB Sales Support. Communicate, escalate, and resolve cross-functional process issues effectively. Actively support and participate in projects related to the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of Customer, Pricing, and Contract data.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Solid understanding of SAP preferred. Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and/or Liquid Bulk Contracts preferred, but not required. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams. Meticulous with the ability to follow complex procedures accurately. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines. Shown strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and remain flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment. Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and the ability to identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
