Job Description

PROPOSAL MANAGERJOB SUMMARY
The Coraggio Proposal Manager owns the end-to-end development of proposals for strategy and organizational change consulting services. This role ensures proposals clearly articulate Coraggios advisory approach, strategic value, and organizational change expertise while meeting client requirements and quality standards. The Proposal Manager brings structure, discipline, and narrative clarity to complex proposal efforts and continuously improves Coraggios proposal effectiveness.

FORExperienced proposal leader with strong writing and coordination skillsStructured operator who manages complex inputs and deadlinesStrategic thinker who shapes consulting narratives and positioningConfident partner to senior consultants and leadershipKEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the full consulting proposal lifecycle from intake to submissionLead proactive RFP search, response requirements, and relevant opportunity identification for consulting team consideration Develop proposal plans, timelines, and responsibilitiesShape proposal structure, messaging, and advisory narrativeCoordinate contributors and manage review cyclesEnsure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across submissionsMaintain and evolve proposal libraries and templatesSupport pitch preparation and relevant materials associated with proposal responsesLead post-submission debriefs and process improvementsLead business development and proposal pipeline tracking and reporting activitiesREQUIREMENTS36+ years of proposal or business development experienceExceptional writing, editing, and document-structuring skillsStrong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilityExperience in consulting or professional services environments
