Job Description Advertising Senior Specialist This role is responsible to lead the Decideware platform enterprise wide and support the sourcing of creative agency services, within Marketing Procurement supporting the total category spend of $450M. This role reports to the Associate Director of Procurement for Creative Agencies. The candidate will support the re-development of the Decideware platform and the procurement requirements to implement the tool globally. This will include platform strategy, global category management, surveys, scope shells, rate card management, risk management, stakeholder management, and supplier value management within the creatives category. Primary activities include but not limited to: Support category management and sourcing across Advertising Procurement in the US/Global Lead global, cross-functional initiatives for Decideware encompassing current state / new functionality, change management, Local market requirements across the enterprise. Responsible for Decideware including Scope Management, Surveys and training of stakeholders and agencies Review Agency Scope of Work and staff plan for proposed roles, FTE Hours, Rate structure to provide financial guidance to the stakeholders Manage supplier contract negotiations from initial contracting review to contract signing/execution. Implement Supplier Value Management to foster innovation and continuous improvement. Develop, sustain, and evolve global stakeholder relationships through a service mindset. Identify and deliver on key metrics including savings, supplier and working capital to established objectives while ensuring value generation, resource management, talent investment, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) integration and business continuity. Actively support, both within the Company as well as expanding relationships and spend with suppliers.
