We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Contracts within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit. What You Will Do Communicate effectively and professionally with customers while quickly analyzing large amounts of data and making informed decisions Receive, review, and process RFQs and contract awards, including reviewing clauses and proposal exceptions for acceptability Support internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer needs and expectations are met Support contract administration by assisting with delivery status inquiries and expediting requests as needed Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities What You Will Learn Gain broad experience solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment supporting U.S. Government contracts Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience Experience with Microsoft 365 Qualifications We Prefer Experience with one or more of the following: Contracts Administration, Subcontracts, Procurement or Acquisitions Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) and related government regulations Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams and with customers Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work on schedule Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
