Communication with internal customers Minimum Qualifications Associates degree or certificate program in contract administration, public administration, accounting, business management, legal, or related field AND one (1) year of a combination of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants, agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, law, or a related field. OR High School diploma or equivalent AND three (3) years or more of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants and agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, or a related field. OR Two (2) years or more of experience as an AOT Contracts Specialist I or AOT Contract Administrator I with the State of Vermont.
